NZ Urban shipment rate  $5   | Free Shipment for orders over $100

NZ Rural shipment rate   $10

Once we have confirmed our acceptance of your order, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, we will notify you by email and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

For NZ deliveries, allow approximately two business days for delivery in the North Island and three business days for the South Island. International delivery time (Australia) usually takes between 3-10 business days.

Although we will endeavour to meet delivery timeframes where possible, all delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

 

We are not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of orders should be made within 24 hours of order confirmation online. A later cancellation may not be possible, since we endeavour to ship the goods immediately.

Returns

Please choose your items carefully as due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions before purchasing; we’re happy to help.

If for any reason the products delivered to you are faulty or damaged, Marama Skincare will replace the product for you. Please note we need photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Contact hello@maramaskincare.com for help with a faulty delivery. Please provide your order number & contact information in email.
